Greetings, Devil Dog! Welcome to the Call of Duty Forums. It looks like you're looking forward to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, but haven't created an account yet. Why not take a minute to Hello, I'm having 2 issues with my Vanguard game on my Xbox series S . I purchased and installed the $59 version. I then purchased the $10 upgrade bundle to get the x/s optimized version. Both are fresh installs to my internal drive. However, there is no icon anywhere that indicates X/S optimization, and under my games it is still listed as Xbox One backwards compatible version. I would like to be sure I'm getting the best possible performance. What should i do. I deleted everything and did a fresh download/install with no change.
#2- I play with keyboard and mouse. I use the game controller only to navigate into the game. Once I'm playing, the controller times out and shuts off. I then get a message over the whole screen saying this game needs the controller. Only way to dismiss the message is by turning it on then hitting the A button. By then I'm dead. Very annoying as it will do it everytime the controller shuts off. This does not occur in MW and Cold war. The controller shuts off with no interruptions to my game.
