AE4 on the PS4 (No season pass)

Can anybody please help me? I have the Havoc DLC (not the season pass) but the AE4 isn't unlocked. Everything else is Maps and zombie but not the gun.

I've erased the game and reinstalled but that didn't fix it, nothing I seem to do unlocks the AE4 on the Havoc DLC, yet I've managed to pick it up off other players in game so I know it's out there in PS4 land.

How can I unlock the AE4 on the Havoc DLC (not season pass)?

Did you install the latest update of BOTH PS4, and CODAW?

What I understood of the weapon was that while it's supposed to be packaged with Havoc, it's separate from Havoc. For example, when Havoc was about to come out to Xbox Live, that AE4 weapon was released... So, you should have the weapon available even without Season Pass.
