Hello everyone,
Personally, I don’t really play this game; but this is the game (and Warzone) I used to play with my brother, so I just can’t back down in good faith…
I was attempting to login yesterday when I saw that my account was personally banned. I had no reason to think why I would be banned. I play on PS5, I rarely use game chat, and I’m not even that good! I logged in to my old Activision + PSN email (it’s gotta be around 15 years old by now) and saw that someone had linked another account to mine and changed the name.
My appeal got immediately swatted away with a no reply email accusing me of cheating. They must know, somehow, that my Puerto Rico IP Address has not been active for months in their servers…
It really breaks my heart to feel like I just got the short end of the stick here. Like, I buy a 70$ expansion and have to go through hoops just so I can play, get to keep all of the money I’ve spent over the years; just for someone to come and take that all away and have me accused of it.
I probably already know the answer, but there’s no way I can find an email or phone number to call. The appeal page doesn’t give a contact’s email or a way to figure out any solution.
COD is the only game I played with my brother and it has years and years of good moments with friends and family. Does anyone have any idea what I could do?
