I have been banned from cold war why is this? and how do i get it lifted must be a mistake

Same thing happened to me a few days ago. I accidentally killed an entire squad on dirty bomb with one magazine of an AK. 10 seconds later I got kicked from the match all the way to the home screen. Was temporarily banned for 24 hours from online services for suspicious behavior.
