Cannot change scope type

Hi all, just started playing CW a few weeks back, and I have the different scopes available in Create a class.
I select a new scope, which after selection has the yellow dot beside it. But in game, I only have the original red dot scope.
Tried on different guns, happening after pc / game resets.
Cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

The errors are in the game it's self , missing mini maps , class set ups changing themselves back to previous set up etc are all common things that happen to me and I'm in ps4

I was checking Settings in game.

Under Network settings the bandwidth is set toi 4128 kbps

No way I could figure out how tyo increase that. I am on a 1000/40 MBit connection, so might as well increase that bandwidth.

All I could find online was how to increase download speeds for patches etc.

Nowhere about the actual game bandwidth
