COD MW directx encountered an unrecoverable error

When every I alt tab out of the game to check discord this happens. It also happens whenever I try to change ANYTHING graphics related. I have to uninstall and reinstall the game to get it to work SOMETIMES. Please help me if anyone knows what the problem is. I have a amd ryzen 5 2600x, nvidia rtx 2060 super, 16gb ram 8tb storage ( I had something else planned for the second hard drive but the plan fell through. Hence the storage space now) ASUStek Prime B450 Plus is my mobo.

not saying that it got anything to do with it but its best to store games not on main disc but a second storage... if people say its stupid then they dont game that long like me . anyways games installed on main drive where ya OS is can make weird mistakes on some game and playing even bug the OS you are using...

I do have my OS on a separate drive. I have a 256gb m.2 nvme drive for OS and then the 8tb for everything else.

I have had to unistall and reinstall the game over 3x. I eventually tried doing the settings through geforce experience by optimizing it and that got it to work.
