I had never seen something like that. A few hours ago i was playing this game, i was "prestige 1 level 24". I opened it again now and i'm "prestige 1 level 3". My account has been downgraded of 21 levels with no motivation. I tried to contact the "activision support", but there is no active support, You can not contact them, there are just FAQS. If your problem is not mentioned in the FAQS, there is no way to contact them. I tried to report it in the bugs section, but i'm sure they'll never answer. I've tried to reboot my pc, to log out and log in again in the account, but nothing to do. They have stole me 21 levels. Any help on how to fix? Thanks guys.
