HELP PLEASE

Recently I have been play and my controls feel like sensitivity is set on highest settings! I will turn it all the way down to 1 and still feels that way I bought a new controller and still same results! It also happens on Vanguard as well! I play on PS5! And then sometimes I will turn it on and its normal does anyone know why it is doing this its driving me crazy
