Help please

So I loaded WZ back when it first came out for online multi play, played for a short while, this was year or more ago. I thought I would get back into it so it had me do a very large update. Now I have 2 games showing in Battle.net launcher, when I try to launch WZ I get 2 choices, one is play the other is purchase. so when I click play it locks up for a moment then closes and then opens Call of Duty, there I have the options to play diff maps but all but 2 are locked and states I have to buy MW III to play those, few days ago I played the Urikstan BR Quad map for the first time, lasted a short while, got to lvl 6, and died lol. but had to leave. Today I have been trying to play to learn but here is my issue.

I get in, click to enter match, it sits looking for a server, then when it counts down I get to the screen showing the aerial view and the "hints" but then locks up, I sat one time for 5 min and finally had to force close the game, I have tried 3 more times each time with the same result. I have what is required on my system to play according to system requirements but no go. any ideas?

AMD FX 6300 6 core processor
24 GB RAM
monitor is 1920 x 1080 60Hz

when i got into call of duty in 2019 i had a fx 8000 cpu and ddr3 and found out real quick it would not play the game and had to update my pc.now it might be playing it if so great. why the lock ups im not sure. maybe do a file check or reinstall game.
