Install multiplayer error (install suspended)

Hello, I ‘ve installed COD Modern Warfare in my ps4. Every add-on shows up as installed but I can’t access de multiplayer ganes because it says install suspended (it is not suspended, I saw it complete before starting the game). Since I couldn’t make it work, I’ve uninstalled and installed back again already 2 times. The 3rd time I decided to initialize my ps4 and install everything from scratch, but nothing works!! Please help!!! All DCL PACKS area installed.

Same issue... but it says install suspended for the campaign. Multiplayer, co-op etc. work fine.

I had the same "Install Suspended" problem everyone else has commented about. I tried all of the suggestions in this forum more than once. I finally fixed mine and tbh it made no sense but I thought I'd share in case it helps someone else.
My wife and I have separate PSN accounts on our ps4. We bought the game on her account so the full download should have worked logged into that account but it did not. So today I decided to try using my PSN account. I was able to find multiplayer pack 1 using the account that was NOT used to purchase the game. It should not have worked that way but it did.
Hope everyone else figures it out!!
