DMZ Killing Bombmaker With Crossbow

OK So I have to kill the Bombmaker on Ashika with a crossbow..

I have tried it with 3 times, but in the heat of battle, someone else always kills the bombmaker..

So I am trying to snipe him from the tower.



I have got my shot lined up where I can get it thru the window every time..

I am using the highest scope I have available for the crossbow..

The problem is, you only get one shot.. And making this shot would be a stroke of blatant luck..

If you miss, the Bombmaker leaves the window and you lose your chance..

As I am typing this, it just occurred to me that if I get on the high ground CLOSER to the window I might have a better chance...

I am going to try that.. But does anyone else have an idea or has done it using a diff method???

SUCCESS!!!

I actually screwed up before with the placement of the BombMaker..



He's actually there in the Castle...

I moved up to the top of the building (Blue Dot)

Funny thing is, from THAT vantage point, the "window" was a screen mesh that I couldn't see thru.. Not even with thermal..

So I took a chance and took the shot..

Bingo!!! Nailed him!!

BOMBMAKER DOWN!!! BOMBMAKER DOWN!!!

you can go behind castle and parachute over and go stand right at the window. and are you daying that you only get one shot with crossbow.

No, you can take as many shots as you want.. But if you miss the first shot, the Bombmaker leaves the window and, at least from that particular vantage point, you lose the opportunity..

But, apparently, the Bombmaker DOES wander back to that window.. When I finally did take him down, it was like the 4th or 5th shot that actually struck paydirt...

well if you go as trio you have some shooting in the side window also, thats how we got him in season 3.
