Hi mate... I represent ETHEREAL esports, a UK based clan which started primarily on HALO and now has moved over to CoD as well. We are starting up our competitive teams for CoD over the weekend, which you would be more than welcome to try and earn a spot on.
However, we are a 320+ community of UK gamers who play together regularly, which sounds like it could be great in helping you find a team.

Come have a look at Rapture Gaming Community. We are a 17+ gaming community. We have many games, but Phoenix battalion main COD, Division 2, Diablo 2 and Overwatch. Our players are Xbox, PS and PC.
Our members are on varying time zones so there is always someone to game with. We hold multiple game nights a week, and welcome all players no matter the skill level.

We have thousands of members across 10+ games in various genres. You will be assigned to a small squad from your platform and region, which allows members to have a smaller and tight-knit group to regularly play with.
Of course, you also have the opportunity to also meet and play with the other squads within TG, particularly when we run TG-wide events and competitions for all to participate in if they wish.
We have members that are both very competitive, and also more casual players, but in particular, we are looking for new members to add to our ranks who have an emphasis on utilizing teamwork, tactics, and voice communication.
