Multiplayer Loadout

Hi, played a multiplayer game just now against someone who's loadout was so fast. I took a screenshot after the umpteenth kill on me to see what they had equipped and to see if it wd work for me. I'm confused how they have 2 long barrels as attachments, especially as 1 of them seems to be bas-b specific according to things I've googled. Is this loadout possible or is is a cheater?
