Warzone On initial drop in players with full loadouts?? How?

How are players getting full loadouts upon the very initial drop in at the start of Warzone? On a few different occasions I have been sniped or had a fully automatic weapon with a sight in the kill replay... how is this happening in the first few seconds of the game? And to be clear this is not on the ground... this is right out of the plane. I thought all players started the same with a pistol?

They should land with a pistol. Maybe they are landing before you?
