What Graphics setting do I need to change?
buildings, guns and anything is working fine, Just the loot items have problem

Im using rx570 4gb
can Run ultra settings
16gb ddr4 memory.

motion blurred is turn off

Texture resolution? Not sure if your saying you (can) run all on Ultra settings or you (ARE) if you are and looks like that try and reinstall a new Graphics driver, Performa clean install delete old one.

thank you so much it fixed it self after installing new drivers,

most to high settings and one is in utlra.
