If I have an MB I am testing with no memory and no CPU, just a fan and some RGB LED MB lights....
If I power it up, would there be any kind of indication that the MB is powering?? IE Fan Spinning, POST Beeps/Blinks/LED ERROR Code???
Or would lack of CPU/RAM mean it won't power up at all regardless..
I am testing an MB for functionality but the only compatible CPU/RAM I have is on the computer I am using...
Any hep would be appreciated..
