SBMM and Comms ban correlation..?

So I’m looking for some answers to problems my buddies and I have been having on both multiplayer and warzone. Every once in a while my buddy or I will either get a voice chat warning or suspension that makes no sense, and I noticed last night after my buddy Kaleb got a 14 day voice chat suspension, our lobbies immediately got harder and we’re facing players way out of our league. I’m wondering if this is a thing, or what we could do to face players we stand a chance against. I hate playing in these lobbies/games we’ll never win in

The voice/comm ban is basically an A.I. running in the background... I explained it in a video I did recently. Basically, if you say a specific word, they will ban your account for a certain timeframe. And if you keep doing it, you will get incremental suspensions, that builds up to an actual ban.
