Snipers

I agree that you can run faster with an SMG (they're generally what I use). Maybe class-specific playlists is a bad idea, but having a filter so the people who dislike Snipers can filter them out of their games is a good idea.

Also, I think you're confused. I never said I was mad. I like Snipers, I rarely rage at CoD (unless the enemies are cheating in some way; lagswitches etc) and I wouldn't consider myself a bad player. I have a lot of bad games, but that's cos I'm trying to unlock camouflages for Snipers and Shotguns. That said, I've also had BRILLIANT games with those weapons. It all depends on who you play against.

I quickscope from time to time, and I'm not great at it but I wouldn't consider myself bad at it either. It's just a way to change up your playstyle and make the game more fun. Which brings me to your last point. I rarely take CoD seriously, unless I'm in a game with a great team and we're playing the objective like crazy :) But besides that, I don't really care, I play to have fun.

I don't care about my K/D at all either, and it annoys me when some people will play like a bitch so that their K/D will stay high. Mine is around 1.3, which is because I've been trying to get Diamond Snipers and Diamond Shotguns (Diamond Specials hurt my K/D a lot too, but that paid off :p). But my K/D was like 1.6 or something, and higher in MW3.
But as I've said, I dont care about my K/D, I just play to win and in turn, have fun.

Agreed K/D means nothing for someone like your self who has been trying for those camos espically the shotties and snipers. Its a game lets just enjoy it. Being able to filter stuff would be great, gun specific not so much. No tubes no claymores and no scorestreaks would be great!!!

Well the good thing about a filter is that you can choose what is and isn't in your games. So if your preference is to have no scorestreaks, then you can filter them out at the price of longer search times, as most people enjoy scorestreaks.

I don't understand why some people dislike them. They reward you for playing the objective and/or killing mass amounts of enemies. Some of them are fairly easy to counter (with a rocket launcher, black hat or even a tonne of lead). They've been in every Call of Duty since CoD 4, but since MW3, they stopped calling them "KILLstreaks", as they wanted to start rewarding people for playing the objective.

MW3 had Strike Packages (which were good, apart from the Support Strike Page). The Specialist Strike Package was my favourite element of MW3. Running around with every perk, YOU being the killstreak. It was a lot of fun for me :)
Black Ops II brought us scorestreaks; one set of streaks that are accessible through both kills and playing the objective, but easier to aquire through playing the objective. I think this was a great idea, as I've been a hardcore objective player since MW2, and never got fully rewarded for it until now.

Overall, I think scorestreaks are great as they reward you for playing as a team. They also give Call of Duty that unique edge over other First Person Shooters (Battlefield is the exception, that game is brilliant without Scorestreaks).

Yeah but allot people camp for them and rely on them to heavily. When Im playing GB matches we play no scorestreaks so its more about gun skill not getting some lucky carepackage in search.
