Spam Contigencies in place.

CODForums was hit with spam over the last week now, and I have installed a modification to prevent any more of this garbage.

I have spent the last 24 hours banning, and pruning the old accounts. If you are a user that'd like to join us, please do so, but no more spam!

An update: Even though I upgraded the site to 1.2 and 1.3, I've gotten an increase of spam. So, in order to fight the new spam, I've decided to put a new layer of protection.

1.2 introduced a spam mitigation "wall," I didn't mess with it much. I only had to deal with one or two spammers per day, and then a week. Now it's gotten out of hand, since spammers love CODForums.

I tinkered with the options to bring us a second layer of protection through askimet. I will monitor a bit more to put more contingencies in place.
