Talk about "Time to kill"

How would you wish the time to kill to be in mp? Do you wish it will be like in black ops 1? To me, i hope it will be something similar to black ops 1 or black ops 2 it would make mp much more fun and not so fast paced. 

What is time to kill - It is how fast you die when you get shot or how long does it take to take someone down
