Hot on the heels of the newspaper leak, Activision gave the "go-ahead" to Treyarch to confirm Call of Duty's 2024 title as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Cerberus still has a viral marketing going around it. It's out there in the world, playing into the cold war-style propaganda. The storyline is also ironic, because we are actually in a similar storyline as the 90's where political infighting is paramount and Americans are divided.
