Warzone Use same loadout twice glitch?

Watching Nickmercs stream and twice in back to back games he used his teams bought Loadout, died, then used it again after gulag. Wasn’t the free drop the second time either, was the same loadout each time. Anyone know if this is a glitch?

If I'm not mistaken, the Loadout can be used 4 times for a Squad of 4, but it doesn't care which 4 people use it. So if nobody gets their Loadout because they all die, the same person could wind up using the same Loadout 4 times?

U get get more than 1 load out, you just cant have the SAME loadout/Gun.
