Xbox Live Weapon Emblem Problem

Hey guys , I got this problem which I can't see my weapon emblem on my gun . I'm already weapon prestige 2 . I also can't view my own emblem under player channel . Sometimes , I can't view others as well . Anyone else have this problem?

I'm sorry , I did not see that . Anyway , it's on Xbox 360 on the latest update.
