Hi, I am having issue with my account named BILAL_HACKER, clan master of level 10. I am not able to login into my account, it says your game environment is abnormal. This happened after trying to launch the game from gameloop because I head there is new update in game which brought max graphics and ultra FPS so I was curious to see that in my laptop which has rtx3060 more than enough to run game at max graphics and120fps. I did research on Google about can we play CODM in pc and many trusted websites said yes using Gameloop but after getting that issue I checked YouTube to find fix but unfortunately many people said it's only because of lunching game using emulator. I have been playing this game since I was in India and I made my friends to leave Fortnite and play this game so right now they all are waiting for me to play with them as usual. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing happened, tried in different devices but still no luck so probably my account is punished for lunching from gameloop. I don't know if it's ban permanent or just temporary as I can't see it on the image below whenever I login. Before getting banne, my game crashed 7-8 times in my phone so I don't know why it was happening and a bit annoying so I researched and found something new to try on Gameloop. I don't know how to contact activation and if I press help, it just disappears and relaunches the game. Thanks if anyone can escalate this case to Activision then that would be appreciated.
