FPS fluctuating from 90 to 165 fps, GPU utilization 40-80

Hey

COD support is not working (can't post support tickets).

My FPS is constantly fluctuating between 90-165 (monitor Hz). That creates sort of lag. When I look at GPU utilization, then it does the same.

For Online gaming I've minimized most of my game's graphical settings except texture detail and anti aliasing. When I turn off AA it get's even worse- GPU utilization around 40-50FPS only.

It seems that my GPU is not getting any work assigned hardly at all... Every other game runs completely fine. Including Cyberpunk 2077 with high settings around 90-120fps, Older COD has top notch FPS etc.

Updated all drivers etc.

AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700X + CoolerMaster ML240R
Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite
PowerColoer RX 6700XT Red Devil 12GB
Intel P600 1tb (running COD on nvme) + 1tb Samsung EVO 950
4x8GB DDR4 G.Skill 3200Mhz CL14 (F4-3200C14D-16GFX)
Antec 850w HCG850-Gold
Phanteks P400S White + mesh front panel - good airflow
AOC C27G2AE/BK 165Hz (primary monitor for COD) + AOC G2590FX 144hz (turned off for gaming)


Any ideas, anyone?

when in lobby go to graphic settings and go custom,it has ultra down to minimum. somthing to try, is vsync on. and soes your graphics card sync with monitor like nvidia gsync does.

there will be some fluctuation but what your getting is to much.

So I reset all graphics settings and I set it to minimum with VS off. See the first image.
FPS around 190-210.


Then I set everything to recommended with VS on.
Now both run just fine.. so the issue was resolved by resetting graphics settings.. I think... GPU is utilized at it's maximum.
FPS is around 110-130

Yes. And I tried it both ways. Not sure why I had the issue and I don't anymore.
