Getting Ranked on the Leaderboards

Hello, i'am here to see if anyone can assist me in regards to a problem with the leaderboards on MW. I was wondering how many games it takes to get ranked on the leaderboards? Normally it's 5 but it seems to be different this year and can't seem to find the answer anywhere if someone could help me that would be much appreciated

I have been playing just before season 3, l have seen leaderboard once, so l assumed it was once a month.

I would like to know answer too
