Is there any reason (technical or marketing) why the Devs can't make it so, when your game crashes you DON'T lose all yer shit??

There is not much that is more annoying than to have your dream load-out and lose it, not to a superior force or a stoopid mistake, but rather to a game crash...

It seems to me to be a better marketing strategy to give the player the benefit of the doubt when playing a "BETA" game....

Devs can't even fix the crashing and you want them to fix the loss of stuff after said crash? LOL I had my first crash in a month last night.
Their last update about crashes was Dec 15. Nothing since from any of the studios.

I am somewhat amazed at the lack of customer service and customer interaction from Activision/Devs...

Not many businesses can survive totally ignoring their customers....
