Warzone 2.0 Low cpu and gpu usage

Hi!
I just got lenovo legion 5 laptop with ryzen 5 5600h and rtx 3070, and been playing warzone 2 for couple days.
I have noticed that the fps is playable and around 70 most of the game but it seems to be lower than other people with similar hardware. The fps doesnt really change when using minimum or extreme graphic settings, so the gpu seems to be doing great work. The cpu in the other hand has been questionable. When looking at the performance tabs the gpu time is around 4-5ms but the cpu time is aroun 10-14ms.
If I understand that right, that would be pretty simple bottleneck situation, but when checkin from the task manager, the game seems to be using 30-50% of cpu. Is that normal?
I have checked the basic solutions like updating windows and gpu drivers, tweaking the nvidia control panel, using performance mode on power plan, the hybrid mode is off and the gaming mode is on.
To me it seems wierd that if the cpu is bottlenecking the performance, why the usage is so low. Are these all normal numbers and if not, any suggestions how to try fixing the problem?

How much ram?

Have you run the ingame Benchmark program?

Using DLSS or not? Gsync?

What resolution (native) vs ingame resolution?

I have 16gb ddr4 ram.
I only have the warzone version of the game and you need the full modern warfare 2 to use the built in benchmark.
I am using gsync and dlss. Turning the dlss off gives even less fps.
The natice resolution on the laptop is 1080p and im using the same in game.
