My account level is currently glitched, from 277 Prestige Master -> 182 and stuck, seemingly overnight.

Wanted to keep this as simple and straightforward as possible because it could just be a simply UI glitch that happened after the May 19th patch, however I immediately noticed upon logging in my level was not what it was supposed to be, and also the Season 3 challenges (that require you to be a certain level to unlock) re-locked and reset the progress entirely.

I've completed a game of multiplayer and zombies (definitely enough game-time to be able to level me up at least once), but the issue persists and I'm kinda bugged because I was personally aiming for the Season 3 Achievement Calling Cards. I was completed with all of them except for, of course, getting an undamaged Rover escort run.

Hope that bringing this up can resolve my issue sometime in the near future, and potentially help others if they have a similar issue, because I looked online prior to posting this and found very few applicable results to suggest any help for this. Good day to everyone that's read this far. o7

I created an account on here just to reply to this thread as I am having the same issue and have not found any information about it online anywhere. I was a level 284, now I'm a 182. When I sign into Warzone, I am still a 284, but Cold War is stuck at 182.

I also am having an issue with the calling cards. I had them all unlocked, but the setback took the final one away and re-locked it.

Hoping for a fix soon!

Same here, I was on Prestige 2 352 level and it went down to 182, its like stuck in limbo land, also it freezes when i switch weapons

Update: After a few days of checking in and playing some games to see if the issue will resolve itself, on the third day I log in to see that this minor glitch has been fixed on my end. There wasn't anything special that I had done, I hadn't gotten a new patch, it seemed that time (and maybe bringing it to light) was what ultimately fixed it.

Back to getting my S3 Calling Cards for 100% completion bois. Best of luck and click some MF heads! o7

When I load map nuketown I saw that I have 182 level like other people, who in lobby got 200+ level. I got 10 killstreak but it won't count to my challanges to get Prestige Master. You got same problem, or I have just wait for other patch ?

Honestly I didn't find much luck in being able to do anything to fix it myself. I of course was able to play, and you actually do still experience to your level and it still increases even if it's still glitched at 182 full XP.

It took 2-3 days to seemingly resolve itself. I didn't have anything to download, but in fact the one thing that changed was that I got the 80s Heroes Cinematic today. I don't think there was a hotfix dished out, but I hope that all that you need is a little bit time and it'll go back to normal.

For other example now I playing solo zombie and it show my real level 207, I tried to do Salvageable and it count normal, so I think only problem is with multiplayer.

I even today maked 15 kills at nuketown without die and it don't count that challange.

Are people still having this issue? I haven't seen Treyarch post anything besides we are going to fix it. I know I am still stuck at level 182 "in game" and just want to make sure I am not alone in the world with it.

Wish Treyarch would acknowledge the issue lol... How long does it take to post something to let their players know
