personalized weapons used in resurgence mode

Hi,
I have personalized weapons used in DMZ and in MW3 but why in resurgence even if I select them in my equipment I am only allowed one pistol during my drop?

That's your starting weapon. You can pick your Loadout at the weapon shop.
