Voicechat and textchat issue

Hi all,

I've got a bit of a problem wich i cannot fix.

The thing is that no-one (except friends) recieve my ingame text that and voice chat. If i play with friends everything is fine, but if i play multiplayer with random people i can hear them speaking but they can not hear me. Also i dont recieve any public text chats at all, probably other ppl can't read my text chats too.

I've gone to settings but everything is set to 'on' or 'public' so it can not be that.

I was thinking that i could be muted by the developers/moderators/anti-cheat-system? I have no fucking idea. Since i can not communicate with team members anymore, my win/lose ratio has dropped fast.

Please could somebody help me?
