Warzone Any Advice On Getting My First Win?

I've probably played around 20-30 matches of Warzone and still haven't gotten a win. I can get around 5 or 6 kills easily but whenever I'm in like the top 40 or something I get destroyed. Other than self revive, what should I be buying?

First find a squad and a good mic connection. Just talking team strategy helps a lot. Use the sensor on the M4 to see campers in houses. In the finale rings, play more defensive than less aggressive, because you will get for sure 3rd partied

Silencers, ghost, and heartbeat sensor. People are too busy using Overkill perk so you can see pretty much every enemy within 50m on the sensor. It helps a lot for me. I've got several solo and squad wins under my belt

The Ghost perk isn't needed if you're in a squad. Overkill is a godsend when you think you could use a Sniper and your other favourite assault rifle or SMG. Don't knock Overkill.

I've seen players online decimate without heartbeat sensors, it really isn't needed.

My advice, join a clan. If you don't like a clan, quit and join another. Get a mic, communicate, and work together.
Ensure you have your audio set, (My music is at 0 for Warzone, and voice is @ 80), set your general settings. Like sensitivity, also I don't use vibrate as when getting shot it's irksome and can affect your aim when shooting back... things like this.

More times than not, i already have an smg or other close range weapon by the time I get a weapon loadout drop. Having 2 custom weapons isn't always necessary either. Getting two weapon loadouts isn't all that difficult so getting two primaries and ghost perk > overkill in my opinion.
