Change Linked activision email adress

Hello , so i have warzone and Cold war on my blizzard account , my main issue here is that i have no more access to the already linked activision email adress , so i cant unlink it and i want to change it to the same email i use on blizzard , however i have access to my blizzard email and phone number with the authenticator app on mobile , any idea how to change my activision email ? because i cant contact support directly to get help
