CoD Crashes when trying to start on Steam

Hi guys,

I've been having this problem for several days now and don't know how to fix it. I've tried looking up videos and haven't been successful in finding a solution. It's like I click play and then the game just never comes up at all. Sometimes it'll suggest starting in safe mode but regardless if I select yes or no, the system will just close out the game and the play button will pop back up. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I've tried verifying all files and they are all fine. Here is the diagnostics from the crash folder and dxdiag for anyone that knows how to read it if it will help at all.

If you need anything further to help figure this out, it would be greatly appreciated as I'm really frustrated in not having been able to play for several days now. Thanks in advance!

One thing I didn't mention is that once I click play it'll show launching then running, and it'll continue to show running, but I don't actually see the game anywhere. So in order to try again, sometimes I'll force close via task manager. But does anyone have any idea how I actually view where the game is supposedly running? It's just not showing up in my taskbar at all.

Try running "memtest" to check and see if you have a bad stick of ram.
