Getting worse not better

Didnt rage quit today but simply shut the game down. Questionable play seems to be on the rise instead of getting better. I know that it will never get better as I am not the clueless.

Tried to play QuickPlay like I normally do and it seems like there were 2 to 3 hackers in every game or at least every second game. Time to take a break either for a few days or until MW3 arrives. Depends on my mood. Maybe I will get back to playing with Unreal and put some map ideas together for my enjoyment.

Maybe catch up with you all later.

It’s not questionable play it’s stone cold cheating, my normal team and I in DMZ, get wiped out by a player who’s aim with an iron sight M4 is biblical, no recoil, not a miss every shot a head shot from 400 mtrs at Rohan, we report him, he is banned, ten mins later in our next gain my team mate receives a message from a new character telling us he’s back and will find us for revenge. the curse of Freeplay needs to be dealt with

Yeah I know that it always goes this way and will always be this way. Happy enough that I managed to get almost 10 months in before my "this is becoming bullshit" level got triggered. lol

We have always had cheaters, but after crossplay all the fun dissappeared. Sometimes its difficult too see if its cheat or hackassist. They should have left those consoles in their own pond

I don't play DMZ or WZ, just because they are the number top two places where you encounter cheaters.

I spend my time in MP. Usually Invasion, Shipment, QP, or Shoot House. And I have spent A LOT of time in them. And to be honest, I don't encounter cheats enough for them to have an impact on my game. I'm usually a top 4 player and if I think someone is cheating, well, I employ a little thing called strategy. Most cheaters are just bad players, and employing a little strategy and thought can usually overcome them.

Now, the first thing you are going to yell is "Well, you probably don't know they are cheating"! Wrong. You see, back in COD MW 2019, where cheats were RAMPANT, I decided the best way to combat them was to use their own weapon against them. So, I bought a popular cheat so I could see exactly how they worked. And I learned A LOT! Knowing how Aimbots, Wall Hacks, and ESP worked taught me how to spot and counter them.

In the end NO amount of work will stop cheating. It's just the way it is. All you can do is if you honestly think someone is cheating, report them and BLOCK THEM!

If you can't out gun them, out think them.

Buying a cheat is not the right way too deal with the cheating problem, someone will always forget too turn the cheat of again

This is interesting, although what happens when you are not a cheat and yet get shadowbanned and then you cannot get onto local (Sydney) Invasion and Ground War servers due to unavailability or ridiculously high pings?

Or are there simply a lack of Invasion and Ground War servers in Australia?

Hi so I’m absolutely sick to death of getting shadowbanned on the new MW and MW2, what other call of duty servers are still alive on Pc and in Australia? If not pc then what call of duty’s are still alive in general? Im a big fan of the original Mw2 and Mw3 and black ops 4, but servers are dead...

So, I'm hanging up my hat today. I can no longer bare the amount of hackers in this game any longer. I play multiplayer, and it's gotten so bad that there is a hack goon in almost every single lobby. what's even worse is that I report and BLOCK them to have nothing happen. APTN is a clan that literally EVERYONE runs hacks, i report them all the time only to have them end up in my lobby again. the dev's dont give a fuck about the playerbase. report, nothing happens, block hackers they still end up in your lobby. I used to spend a good amount of $$ on this game, now it's not getting another red cent from me. fix your broken ass reporting/blocking system and actually ban hackers IP. worthless game and even more worthless player base

What we could all consider is getting a friend list going and try to play together and if we get enough then maybe it will lower the odds of hackers being in our lobby or game.
