New NATO Skin?

After the patch that was dropped yesterday (09/08), I found a "Green Dot" in the NATO Operator. I went to check, and there was no new operator, nor was there a new operator skin. So my question is this. Why do I have this notice that will not go away?

That's been happening for me since Season 3, I see the green dot but can't find what it is referencing even after going through all of the operators and checking every option.

In MW I'm sure there was an option to clear all of the green dot indicators but I can't find it in Cold War.

Yep, I remember having this issue in MW, and the only way I could clear it was to enter the Warzone menu and found I could clear everything from there. But that doesn't seem to be the case in BO's.
