Not dealing with hackers will destroy Cod

I love Cod, been playing since CoD 4 all the way thru now Mw3 and i can say without a doubt putting CoD on PC has made the game just full of hackers to the point I can't even play it anymore and the sad part is i actually want to. I will play, see people clear as day hacking ( i watch kill cams in ranked for this reason) then i just hop off for another few days hoping things will be different and then boom another hacker and i just am so over it. Also yes i can tell people are hacking not a " you just suck get better" bs. Its so obv people are cheating when i go to a spot i havent been all map long 4 rounds of control havent been to this spot, no one was around me no one saw me i was laying down so he def did not see me and this guy burst thur the door, pre aims right at my body thru the wall and aims while walking towards my body and shoots me in the back. Im so over it
