I am unable to see all available options in the Store, such as all the items in the "Featured" "Operators/Identity" "Blueprints" "Just for You" and "Franchise Store" sections. I can only see the Featured options. Please advise as to how to address this issue, thus allowing me to see all the options under the Topics. TIA.

Nope. Both the Activision [Support] Forum and the official Call of Duty Forums were shut down late January.
