Unjustly banned

Good morning, I've been playing with my friend for a while, we have several videos of our matches. This last Friday we decided to play our first ranked match. We won on the third attempt. After that my friend lost his account, it was banned. We don't know why, we are behind appealing because he really invested a lot of money in it, with the ban he lost the "call of duty MW 2019 and the Cold War," in addition to the MW3. We always play together and I know him in person. He plays on his XBox S. We sent the email to try the recovery and if it doesn't happen we will sue the company. Has anyone been through this?

Lots have been banned. Lots have claimed they are innocent. No way to tell who is right and who is wrong. I am sure that most have never won an appeal and I have heard lots say they will sue. Pretty damn sure that no one has ever successfully won a lawsuit for being banned.

Yes, it's just that we live in Brazil, the game here is very expensive. It's good that he spent a lot of money. I think it was unfair what happened and we will take action if nothing is done.

my account was ban for hacking which i do not hack, but blizzard said it was permently ban and my appeal did not work! i too have spent a lot of money on this game. i will never buy another call of duty game, im done with they're BS!

I have no confidence in Activitision or acts it attempts at anti cheat but.. but… you don’t get a perm ban for winning 3 games. They will have some evidence that your friend was doing something he shouldn’t have and they will act on it. Being on Xbox it allows many more cheating options that perhaps it does on PlayStation so your friend needs to be 10000% he has not been playing dirty and if he has then I have no sympathy for him, and just because he’s your friend, that is not a reason to doubt his guilt here
