This thread. His apology was for this thread, and he called you a pedo just because your [vB] plugin "tracks" people.

Lol ... it's not that ancient .. still does the job and I don't like the new vBulletin at all so chose to stick with this version ...

You weren't there when vB4 was launched, dude. It was an ugly, buggy mess. It broke CODForums when I upgraded to vB4.

Don't get me wrong, vB3 was good, but vB4? Glitchy. vB5? Its been reported that it's worse than vB4. So, I don't go anywhere close to that. That's why I migrated to xenForo. The guys that worked on vB3, are currently working on xenForo. Yup.

I don't have a plugin that tracks people ... what that plugin does it tracks people's votes .. each time they click on that link it records it to their profile ... simple ..nothing else gets tracked but a link click ...

And yes, everyone left vBulletin and you can find them at the adminzone ... really sucks the direction in which vB has gone ...

For that reason I stuck to the version of vB4 that I have right now which has been completely patched from the ground up ...

Yup, I know. I gave vBulletin many chances, I swear. I was really patient with them, but they released so many buggy releases that year, that I said "Fuck it. Time to leave."

You might think it's patched up and patched up from the ground up... you'll come to that breaking point. My advice is to migrate to xenForo, but you're going to be stubborn about it. Because if you put up with all that over the years with vBulletin, me thinks you won't move. Ever.
