So I’ve had this game since it came out, I played the beta and all and my voice chat worked fine. Like a month into the games release it randomly stopped working. I thought at first I was voice ban (I rarely even talk to anyone except my own party). So I waited and waited to see if the ban would go away and it never did. So I then proceeded to watch different videos on what might be wrong with my game chat. I’ve checked my settings, I’ve reinstalled the game, I’ve done all I’ve could to try and get it to work. The weird part is if I go into my settings on the game and test my mic, it’s gives feedback and says it’s working but when I try to talk to anyone, my party or anyone in game chat, no one can hear me. I can hear everyone else. I’ve went to the call of duty website and saw I have 0 active bans, I’ve submitted 3 different cases explaining what is happening and hoping they will fix this issue for me. Every case has been closed with no explanation. At this point I’m at a loss I have no idea what to do. I feel like I’m the only person with this issue and I’d really like it to be fixed. Playing the game just isn’t fun if I’m not able to communicate with my team. I play on ps5. If anyone has had this issue or know how to fix it please help me out. I’d really like to play this game more but this issue keeps me from playing. Oh and I’ve also emailed activision support twice with no answer. If anyone has an idea on what to do please let me know.
