"This We'll Defend"

TeamTwD is a premier military structured gaming clan operating within the Call of Duty franchise. The name is inspired by the motto of the United States Army and is structured based on a combination of both the US Special Forces and the 75th Ranger Regiment. The mission is to create a family based environment while providing the greatest gaming experience available. While being led by former competitive gamers both veteran and active duty military personnel; the unit was founded on the principles of discipline, commitment and loyalty. The unit is designed to place an emphasis on small group operations and long term initiatives. This is an adult clan for the 18+ community and the criteria has been laid out for individual progression within the unit. This is not a skill based clan as we intend to encourage and elevate everyone's gameplay from the novice to the skilled elite. A true team mentality is necessary as we build upon the foundation for a successful future.

The Enlistment Requirements are the basis for submitting an application for entry into the unit. Please read them carefully and understand that meeting these requirements does not guarantee you will be accepted. "This We'll Defend" believes in "quality over quantity" therefore requirements to enlist are minimal as the majority of new recruits will wash out during initial probationary status. The following are the basic requirements for new recruits:

• Candidate must be 18 years old at time of enlistment.
• Candidate must be fluent in English.
• Candidate must reside in the United States, Canada or United Kingdom.
• Candidate must be able to meet activity requirements and necessary play schedule.
• Candidate must have "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War", headset and Discord.
• Candidate must be in good standing with "This We'll Defend".

• The founding members have been announced and been given proper recognition.
• We have promoted three new section leaders under ODA 5231.
• We hosted our first RASP and WLC classes during the R&R order with high participation.
• Recently this week two of our members have reached their Twitch affiliate status.
• We have selected/assigned (2) new recruiters to open the Military Entry Processing Station.
• Operation Cornerstone was a huge success and was completed just before the New Year.
• We will begin preparing for Winter Season competition very soon.

• We have officially opened ODA 5235 for Warzone players specifically.​
• Now accepting applications for Warzone division within This We'll Defend.​
• We have officially opened the "Reserve" status for members who have time constraints.​
• ODB 5239 will be host of the first "Reserve" members.​
• We promoted a (1) new senior sergeant and (3) new section leaders due to expansion.​
• We hosted our second RASP class with six new graduates.​
• We award (2) National Defense Service Medals to current members who are Veterans.​
• We have officially opened the Division HQ with (2) 79Rs and (1) 42L.​
• We completed our fist of many; 24 Hour Zombies Stream on Twitch.​

This is not a skill based clan as we intend to encourage all players from the novice to the skilled elite.

The Basic Enlistment Requirements or Entry Level Requirements are the minimum standards for submitting an application to the unit. Please read them carefully and understand that meeting these requirements does not guarantee that your application will be accepted. This We'll Defend believes in a "quality over quantity" approach therefore the requirements to enlist are minimal as the majority of new recruits will wash out during the their initial probationary period. The following are the minimum requirements for entry.

➛ Recruit must be 18 years old at the time of enlistment.

I'd be very interested to see just how many of your members aren't on other discord servers, I don't know anyone who isn't on more than one these days. Not that it matters though I suppose since you apparently don't accept Aussies, which is a shame since your clan sounded appealing until I saw rules 3 and 6.

Thank you for your very snarky and unprofessional reply to our advertisement. Please allow me to enlighten you. Each member is allow to be in any Discord or Community they like. This is specifically pertaining to maintaining a leadership position within another organization. Every member that enters our clan goes through an application process which includes a background search to determine if this in fact the case. Anyone who is untruthful in their application is disqualified. I expect that most gamers, including myself, are in other Discords and groups but do not hold leadership or staff positions.

This is obviously not personal. We operate on the United States EST timezone therefore we are -14 hours behind the average Australian player. This is to maintain high activity and to not let anyone feel left out. I would welcome Australian players on a case by case basis as long as it is with the understanding that their time zone is in fact outside of our usual playing times. That would be their decision to make.
